Good day, my name is Zoliswa Radebe, I am writing to introduce myself and express my interest in the Cleaning position at Transnet. I am a hard working, reliable, and detail - oriented person who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe and welcoming. The purpose of is Key HSL POD duties for a Dasher (DoorDash driver) include:

• Following Safety Protocols: This includes adhering to road safety rules and any current food Safety guidelines, such as proper food handling and maintaining a clean thermal bag for both hot and cold items
• Verifying Orders: Although most restaurant bags are sealed, Dashers are expected to visually confirm they have all the items that are not sealed (e.g., drinks) and ensure the receipt matches the order details in the app
• Maintaining Accountability: As an independent contractor, the Dasher is accountable for the proper handling of the customer's order and company assets (like the hot bag) from the time they take possession until it's delivered
• Communicating with Customers: If any issues or delays arise, the Dasher is expected to communicate with the customer to ensure a high-quality experience
• Ensuring Smooth Handoff: This involves confirming the drop-off details, which often requires taking a photo as proof of a "leave at door" delivery, or a face-to-face handover if specified, while respecting any specific location entry requirements (e.g., providing the last four digits of an ID to building security)
• Adhering to Legal Requirements: This may include verifying the customer's age and ID for age-restricted deliveries such as alcohol, which requires the Dasher to be enrolled in specific programs and follow strict guidelines
