I am a customer-focused and ethical professional with 2+ years experience in financial services and academic mentoring. At Momentum as an advisor, I provided fast, accurate, and empathetic support to clients regarding their financial needs. I also had to conduct general policy administration while maintaining detailed records of each interaction with the client in accordance with relevant legislation such as FICA and POPI acts.

This role required me to diligently collect and keep record of sensitive client information. As an Academic Peer Mentor at NWU, I guided first-year students through academic challenges, documented cases, and collaborated with relevant support teams to ensure the student's success. I am tech-savvy, and a very quick learner with the ability to thrive in digital environments.
