I was promoted to People Technology Specialist in late 2021, after briefly serving as People Operations & Technology Specialist.
- As People Technology Specialist, I provided support to end users and stakeholders on Workday and systems – addressing user queries, developing self-service solutions for users, and proactively managing the service desk. I also supported bi-yearly Workday releases with business users, and served as the Workday SME on a variety of projects.
- My role included maintaining key Workday HCM elements (such as business processes, role assignments, and reorganisation), assisting with building custom reports and dashboards, and participating in the ongoing development / enhancement of the HCM solution – collecting requirements, testing new configurations, and deploying to production.
- Additionally, I worked with the People Insights team to constantly improve data quality and resolve root causes, and also provided guidance and training to Bolt employees on the use of the Workday system.
