As a Deli Assistant, I was responsible for assisting customers at the deli counter, preparing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring good customer service at all times.
🔹 Main Duties
Serve customers at the deli counter
Slice, weigh, and package meats, cheeses, and prepared foods
Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other deli items
Keep the deli area clean and hygienic
Check food freshness and expiry dates
Restock shelves and display products
Operate scales, slicers, and cash register
Follow food safety and hygiene rules
Assist customers with product information
Grade 12 in Matric – Marhagi Secondary School (2020)
