System Support at Powerfleet (2007-10 – Present)

• Provide second-level product support to internal and external customers.
• Complete audits on configurations, scripts, events
• Build, modify, and optimize configurations as required
• Action configuration change requests
• Take the necessary steps to resolve the open cases within the respective OLA
• Maintain the health of the fleet by ensuring that firmware upgrades are done when needed and that the correct version of firmware is maintained on each device.
• Maintain the general health of the installed base by conducting daily checks and balances on the fleet. Escalate any issues to third line product support.
• Work with tech teams to evaluate and prioritize complex product defects, help to identify causes, and derive resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of uptime and quality of data received from the installed database.
• Provide ad hoc reports using SQL queries.
• Ensure that all cases and incidents are updated on the necessary systems.
• Ensure that efficient quality procedures are in place and updated regularly.
• Perform any other ad hoc requests from management within the scope of work
