A motivated and detail-oriented third-year Operations Management student at CPUT, seeking an in-service training opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a professional environment. No work experience, however engaged in an Quality & Maintenance Management Project where my group and I applied Quality Management principles to analyse a simulated maintenance operation, identifying process bottlenecks and developing corrective action plans. Designed and recommended a preventive maintenance schedule aligned with operational efficiency objectives, demonstrating understanding of process control and documentation accuracy. Collaborated with a student team to compile structured reports, practising accurate data recording and professional documentation, directly applicable to dispatch reconciliation and stock reporting.
