My responsibilities include researching, reviewing, and interpreting geopolitical affairs and security trends. I collect and analyze data, track current events, and predict political and social trends in order to provide recommendations for decision making.

For the most part of my career in the security sector, I operated as military officer for 19 years at military bases and headquarters levels, as well as during combat exercises and operations. I also worked as a military instructor to conduct research and provide instructions to military and police officials.

In the international security and diplomatic space, I coordinated United Nations operations where I was responsible for re-deployment and overseeing operations. I was responsible for liaison with internal and external stakeholders; workplace disciplinary investigation, and administration.

From 2020 I worked as an independent security and geopolitics professional to support decision-making in the public and private sectors.

Professional Development certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand; International Humanitarian Law from the Department of Defence, and university degrees in International Politics (conflict, peace and security) from the University of South Africa.
