I am a good listener, communicator, reliable and I can work under alot of pressure. I am Multilingual a people's person. I have more than 20 years of administrative and custome service experience and. I am passionate about serving our communities and other people.

I worked as a coordinator administrator with STATSSA and I have gained administrative and data capturing and telephone ethics, and biometric data with CPS c/o SASSA. I hold a code ¹0 plus PDP drivers licence and that enabled me to do home visits for clients in the social development department SASSA. I worked for more than 15 years in the retail company as a customer service coordinator and supervisor. I also gained experience as a merchandiser, stock controller and team leader. I also worked in a team orientated environment in all different companies.

I did a short course in Project Management with IQ Academy where I received a certificate.I matriculated in 2012 and I have receive several certificates in customer service related including certificate of merit for long service and I have a diploma in theology.
