Lifelong learning is essential and I completed the TEFL-course (120 hours) and looking into online possibilities serving education. I was also invited to serve on the Emotive Group of Companies’ Board of Directors and are responsible to oversee Education and Training within the Company.

My career spans roles as Principal, Subject Adviser, Tertiary Lecturer, Senior Educator, and Board Director, with extensive responsibility for academic operations, curriculum oversight, assessment management, compliance, and institutional governance.
Academic Operations & Leadership
As Principal of two public schools, I managed full academic and administrative operations, including budgeting, staff performance management (SPMDS), School Improvement Plans (SIP), compliance with the South African Schools Act (SASA), and stakeholder engagement.
