My previous job title was a resident engineer in Bloemfontein where we were in charge of identifying and carrying out remedial action for critical or damaged roads. My tasks included ensuring the construction process was done with the highest quality. Keeping track of ongoing site progress and inspecting the construction process.
I have gained a lot of experience throughout all of my previous projects. I have learned how to work with different people and in teams. I have also learned a lot about myself and what it takes to get things done.
I have a strong passion for the construction field. I am a proud student of life because I never stop learning and in pursuit of archiving greater heights as an individual. I am a goal orientated person that is self-motivated which is key for being a good team leader that listens to others point of view before acting.
