Let me handle your lodge's guests with care and help the business grow with excellent customer service. I have been working in the hospitality industry for 6 years, starting from 01 January 2017 as a Star in Training Trainee, to present. I love serving guests and creating a one-of-a-kind experience for them every time they're at one of my tables.

I am currently based at Phinda Mountain Lodge as a Butler, taking care of the guest's needs to ensure 100% satisfaction. I believe that creating a fun and friendly experience is one of the factors that I have the most control over as a Butler. I work great with others as a team to ensure that the organisational goals are met in a given timeframe.

• Serve guests by greeting them as soon as they are seated and serve them with drinks within a short period of time
• Attentive to details and pride myself on ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bar staff, hosts and other servers
• Understand the functions and concerns of several roles because of experience as a host and bartender
