Provide Help Desk support to all end users.
Monitor and Maintain servers (Backup server, Antivirus server and Domain Controllers)
Provided help desk and on-site support on technology systems, answering questions and solving problems.
Installed and troubleshot software as necessary.
Manage upgrades, patches, and inventories via both remote and physical measures.
Administer basic network problems, such as user password resets.
Setup printers, troubleshoot printer, faxes, copiers and phone equipment in offices.
Assist in network security and implementations of network systems.
Execute day to day maintenance, documentation, troubleshooting and monitoring of computer systems Installation and Support of Transversal Systems (BAS, PERSAL and SAP)
Participate in keeping orderly, hygienic and safe work surroundings.
Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to variable workload and job duties. Perform administrative duties as requested or assigned.
