Mxolisi Dludla

My name is Mxolisi and I am 43 years old.

For the past 5 years, I’ve been working as a Front Office Duty Manager at The Capital Pearls Hotel and Apartments in uMhlanga

I have some background in Information Technology Telecommunication Operation Level 4, with a Certificate from Telkom SA. What really got me into the field, though, is the internship I did at Telkom SA.

Throughout my career, I’ve noticed that I’ve always been good with People, solving problems and handling data.

For example, when I was working at The Capital Pearls Hotel, I was exposed to most departments, Food and Beverage, Banqueting floor manager and Night Manager

Moving forward, I hope to expand my experience across different industries. Particularly joining your team, which is why I’m interested in your company..

I have been a Night Auditor for more then 10 years, Night Audit Manager for 4 months then promoted to Duty Manager from 2016 to 2021 in between I was a Restaurant floor supervisor and also Banqueting floor supervisor
