I am Naledi Desiree Ntsepe, an insurance sales agent with Absa iDirect. As an experienced
Insurance Sales Consultant, I have a lot of Insurance knowledge, which I have gained over the past 10 years. I have been in the industry from 2013 when I got a short-term insurance learnership with the Telesure group.
I have also been fortunate enough to work in different roles in the insurance companies I had been with. I have also worked as a Business Development Officer in both Personal and
Commercial insurance, so with that I know the ins and outs of being able to source leads, attract and service potential and existing clients. I have also worked in the broker space as a Broker sales consultant, and a customer services consultant.
I have also been given the opportunity to be a 2nd in command for 2 of my managers within
Absa. This role includes, ensuring that the agents meet daily targets, conducting meetings when my manager is not present, identifying issues and shortfalls experienced with the agents and ensuring that all issues are resolved.
I have a full qualification, short term NQF 4. I also wrote and passed my Regulatory Examination in 2014. Last years I also did a short course with the Enterprise University of Pretoria and Inseta.
And this year I doing an NQF 5 Generic Management course with the Graduate institute of
Financial Sciences.
