Duties included

• Being responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails to assist customers with their queries, escalations, service requests
• Assisting with managing strategic accounts and service desk functions. Ensuring all tasks are handled within the Service Level Agreement.
• Working alongside sales, technical support, and product teams to provide a well-rounded service experience to customers internally and externally. 
• Being responsible for promoting, training, and directing customer traffic toward the self-service platforms
