Nhlobenhle Shezi

I am a Diploma in Hospitality Management graduate from the University of Zululand, Richards Bay Campus. My academic projects focused on food safety, covering compliance standards, hygiene practices, and risk prevention in food service operations. I served as the SRC Richards Bay Campus Representative, where I was one of the first few SRC members produced by the Department of Consumer Sciences at UNIZULU.

During my Work Integrated Learning at Bonamanzi Game Reserve, Hluhluwe, I developed practical skills in hotel operations, guest services, and front/back-of-house management. I combine strong knowledge of food safety protocols with leadership and hands-on hospitality experience.
