About
VERY FRIENDLY ,CRAZY AND FUN TO WORK WITH, LOVE WHAT I DO AND GIVE MY BEST OR NOTHING AT ALL. WORKED AT MULTICHOICE FOR 10 YEARS AT FRONTLINE AND SWITCHBOARD.I HAVE A FABULOUS PERSONALITY AND LOVE INTERACTING WITH PEOPLE.
Experience
I worked at Multichoice for 10 years at reception and switchboard, we also had targets of customer care Leads and decoder sales monthly. I dealt with customer accounts, balance check, updating customer details, funeral policy and decoder sales or price lock sales. Excepted mail and assisted walk-in customers while answering a very busy Switchboard as well.
The challenges and introducing us to the Customer cares system was overwhelming and I enjoyed assisting the customer and customer satisfaction after every call, first contact resolution.
Education
