I have completed grade 10 at Kuilsriver Technical High school the year 2014, My first call center job was in 2015 where I gained experience in sales but that was not for me.

I have worked at 3 call centers. My last customer service job was at Capita in 2020, I have there just over a year and gained a lot of knowledge and experience
