Nomava Mdingi

I am Nomava Mdingi 29 years of age. I hold a degree in Financial information Systems. I have 5 years application support including troubleshooting skills and analytical skills.

In my previous role as an admin functional application support, I identified, assessed and resolved issues and problems within my area of responsibility. I was responsible for maintaining effective internal and external client/user relationships. I have also provided user support and assisted with the preparation of training.

As an Application Specialist I provide staff with Caseware support, demonstrating my strong technical support and troubleshooting skills. I am adept at time management and can prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that all tasks are completed within the set deadlines. Through my experience, I have also developed strong teamwork skills, and I am confident that my abilities in this area will be an asset to your team
