I'm Lusindiso Baleni from Cape Town I'm the person who is living with a permanent disability (Wheelchair Bound) and I work as an IT Support I do have experience background because I worked some of the companies but under the fixed term contract what I normally do I do the installation configuring and troubleshooting of the following: PC hardware (including laptops and mobile devices and custom configuration *Printers

Networking components Operating System including windows 10 enterprise operational procedures including safety, environment and customer communications

*Security.

I diagnose repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of computer system and include installation and configuring computer hardware and being the primary point of contact for IT support with in the company.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues ensuring electrical safety standard are met. repairing or replacing damage hardware, upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computer.

I pass my matric in 2012 at DR N.MANDELA HIGH SCHOOL after that I went to Other institution Private School at SILULO ULUTHO TECHNOLOGIEST I complete 7 moths course of IT Support after that I have decide to complete my studies in College of Cape Town then I complete A+ in 2020.
