I am a young woman who wishes to succeed in the IT industry, growing up there was that mindset that IT is for men and women can never make it in IT. All that was filtered in our minds till I started tertiary education, I chose IT and I was criticized for that. I was told I can never make it, but I made it. I failed here and there but that wasnt enough to stop me, thanks to my growth mindset I always stood up and tried again.

All I wish for is to grow and succeed within IT and empower other woman like me who are being told otherwise about this career path. All I need is an opportunity to prove useful and not only benefit as an individual but as a company as well, it all begins with a yes.
