I am a Psychosocial Support Worker
I offer emotional support to individuals who are going through some life challenges. I have a Degree in Applied Social Sciences and one day I want to see myself becoming a Counselling psychologist, helping people with mental heath challenges.
Currently I'm working as a Receptionist. I have good verbal comminution skills, I put the clients needs before mine and I set up good and comfortable space for clients.
I now work as a Receptionist in a Medical practice. I open files for patients, book appointments for them and maintain confidentiality at all times.
I started working here in 2021 till to date.
Im holding a Bachelor of Applied Social Sciences majoring in Counselling and Psychology
