I am Procurement Professional with eight (8) years experience in procurement, and 5 years in the procurement management role reporting to the Purchasing Director. I have worked for the various industries from Manufacturing, Packaging, Beverages, FMCG Retail and Timber and Forestry Industries.
Also as an Entrepreneur, I founded a Sawmilling and Pallet Manufacturing Business in 2012, after resigning from corporate. I ran the Sawmilling and Pallet Manufacturing Business for 8 years before it was closed down due to Covid and other market challenges.
I also Co–Founded a Packaging Manufacturing Company in 2017, in partnership with Afripack Constantia Flexibles (a major packaging company) under an Enterprise Development Programme, focusing on manufacturing of Sack Kraft Industrial Paper Bags.

Our business has dealt with companies such as Columbus Steel, GUD, Sumitomo SA, Afripack, Steinweg Logistics, Hulamin, SRF Flexibles, Sappi and Mondi.
Within both spheres I gained deep understanding for Procurement, Financial and Business Development – Excellent Leadership, Financial, Business Strategy, and Commercial Acumen.
Through my Entrepreneurship Journey, I did a 3 year Entrepreneurial Development Programme with Raizcorp Business Incubator, which was sponsored by Engen SA. I have also achieved business accolades with Nedbank Small Business of the Year, GUD Supplier of the Year, and Raizcorp best Strategist of the Year.
I hold a B-Tech Degree and a Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics from UNISA. I also hold a Management Diploma from Durban University of Technology.
In 2010, I enrolled for an MBA qualification with University of South Africa, where I passed my first year of MBA, before venturing into business.
My future plans are to complete MBA Qualification, and also do CIPS Qualification.
