• Controlling carrier drivers and route planning by liaising with the load planners and the client M/Benz, and monitoring carriers coming to offload vehicles by using C Track system on VTS
• Receive vehicles, conduct inspection together with the M/Benz representative for all incoming units, and capture all the POD's on the VTS system
• Validate and mitigate on behalf of the company to the client for the damaged vehicles
• Investigate the cause of the damage, compile all the documents, submit claim to the head office for the damaged vehicle to quantify the losses
