• Directly managed three departments through a major internal controls overhaul: Dispatch (4 staff), Sales (5 staff) and Administration (3 staff).
• Investigated a stock-loss fraud syndicate and led the redesign of internal financial and stock controls company-wide, including segregation-of-duties principles across sales order processing and stock handling.
• Built the company's SOPs from scratch for the full material flow — raw material intake through production, post-production and dispatch — working directly with the CEO and the group's external auditor, including a full factory shutdown to map and verify every process.
• Led company-wide SOP training, from administration through to production, dispatch and machine operators.
• Led a stock reconciliation process that corrected costings to full accuracy over approximately one year, after uncovering falsified stock-take records.
• Introduced an in-house plastic material reuse process, turning monthly stock losses into stock gains.
• Negotiated supplier contracts generating monthly cost-savings of R250,000; implemented inventory controls that reduced waste by 25% and downtime by 10%.

• Operated 20L and 25L jerry can blow-moulding machines directly during a period of industrial action, covering the production floor alongside other office staff.
