Monitor and evaluate team performance; ensuring the required target achieved; Manage attendance and late coming; performance management in adherence to sale processes; planning and managing of leave, inclusive of rosters and work schedules; assistance in skill development based on call assessments; one on one coaching sessions and QA feedback; conduct appraisals and regular feedback sessions; managing of individual and team sales target on a daily basis.
2002
