Updating the look of company policies and spotlights upon management's request.
Provide support to employee relations specialists.
Maintain various filing systems (online as well as hard copies of documents).
Approve cash discrepancy charges.
Manage cash discrepancy hearings and advise chairpersons on appropriate sanctions.
Minute taking upon investigations.
Manage Late coming and unauthorized absences queries.
Manage communication from the CCMA and diarize all
CCMA cases accordingly.
Conduct reference checks on employees with regards to previous disciplinaries on record.
Conduct FICA Checks Engage in follow ups with Area managers relating to general queries.
Assist with marking training assessments (Initiators,
Chairpersons and Investigations training).
Manage the administration of Tip-Off’s.
Manage missing device investigations.
Compile and update ER data overview statistics.
Manage invoices for Legal bills.
Ensure the completion of application forms for all candidates.
Assist with the marketing of vacancies.
Assist with conducting interviews for audit and IT interviews.
Review and shortlist CV's to identify suitable candidates for available positions.
Organize interview appointments for hiring manager and resolve scheduling conflicts .
Load , update candidates onto network application called
Neptune.
Conduct reference checks as requested by manager Brief candidates before interview appointments.
Draft employee motivations before offer approval process.
Check if requisition is approved can be loaded to create a job advertisements on Neptune.
Conduct mock interviews as per graduate recruitment team requests.
Liaise with SA and UK agencies Assist with marking candidate assessments.
Assist with training new interns Conduct three month follow ups with staff members.
Assist with company events such as citations.
General assistance where necessary.
