Please accept this letter and the attached resume as an indication of my sincere interest in the available position I found listed on social media. I’m interested in this position as I’ve always enjoyed interacting with people whether it be telephonically or in person and I can easily adapt to any environment. I am a hardworking and honest individual who is eager to learn and gain work experience.
Once I graduated high school, I began gaining experience as a call centre operator in 2018. My first job was at SNN Solutions which was a debt mediation company, but it shortly closed down. The purpose of the job was to help people locally to manage their debt.
During my time at SNN Solutions I learned that we all go through unexpected situations in life, therefore we should never judge or treat anyone badly and unkindly, whether it be over the phone or in person as we are all human with feelings and different circumstances that should be taken into consideration.
After my time at SNN Solutions, I completed my NQF level 2 in contact centre at Merchants Dimensions Data. Here I learnt that one can easily make mistakes while performing tasks and one should take responsibility for any error made and resolve it as swiftly as possible while allowing it to be a learning curve. Once I completed my NQF level 2 learnership, I took up a permanent position within another division of the company called Experian.
During my time at this division, I learned and gained experience about the customer complaints system and how to go about handling customer complaints. This new experience was challenging but I learnt and adapted to the job role that I was assigned to.
I was then offered a job at Teleperformance SA working for an energy company which is based in the UK. I shortly after worked at Teleperformance which is a great company, however, I moved on to WNS global as it was better to accomodate my Son and his schedule. His much older now and I would like to move on to greater ventures where I can assume greater responsibility and learn and gain more experience so that I can better myself.
