IT Security Specialist - Access Management
Extensive experience in streamlining IT Operations.
-Creation and maintenance of Active Directory and Exchange accounts
-Creation and maintenance of Tivoli Access Manager user accounts
-Creation and maintenance of Mindkey/Workflow user accounts
-Weekly deletions and major clean-up of all administered systems
-Handle all new business projects that require support from Group Access Management (GAM)(eg. Compass upgrades)
-Manage licence allocation for user access - where applicable
-Skilled in establishing and maintaining business relationships with key stake holders, cross functional teams and senior management.
-Annual updating of Standard Operating Procedures
-Assist in the testing of new releases, features and functions of systems administered by GAM (IAM/Sail-point)
