Experience

I hold a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Specialised Diploma (NQF 7) in Project Management, and certifications in Business Management. I boast with approximately 6 years of Project Engineering & Management related experience. My skills stretches to areas of CAD (Auto-Cad, Solid works, Solid Edge, Chief Architect), MS Office (Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.), Team Leadership, Supervision, etc.

I have practical experience in the Manufacturing & Production, Maintenance, Design, Project Engineering and Project Management. I have industry experience in various Engineering sectors such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Power plant, Bulk Water supply, and Rail Engineering.

Education

P3 – Business Management - RAIZCORP Business Development Program - (October 2020 – May 2021)

This program focused on Enterprise development. It teaches about identifying a need and segmenting your market, developing a product or service line, pushing the product into the market, developing a business strategy and control systems, formalizing an enterprise, etc.

Specialized Project Management - University of the Witwatersrand - (February 2015 - November 2015)

The study teaches the principles of Project Management. Separated into 2 Semesters, the First semester runs for 5-months and introduces a student to basic project management theory, provide practical skills to apply project management principles in the work environment, and provide participants with all relevant soft skills to support their ability to apply project management principles in a work environment.

Semester 2 is also a 5-months program and is aimed to provide participants with insight into the strategic value of proper project management, and to equip participants with advanced project management skills.

ND: Mechanical Engineering - Cape Peninsula University of Technology - (July 2010 - July 2015)

The aim of the study is to enable graduates to integrate analytical and practical mechanical engineering techniques and mechanical engineering knowledge to solve engineering problems. The study also be enables graduates to use given criteria to assess mechanical processes and outcomes.
