As a call center agent in a shared service Centre, I was responsible for managing inbound calls, peer training and supporting fellow staff members, allocating workloads and tasks and ensuring that service standards are met.
I also liaise regularly with others to discuss company procedures, standards and goals to ensure that my team operates towards all of them.
I also have experience of quality monitoring, assessing outcomes and devising new systems of working to improve efficiency.
I am an excellent communicator, with a supportive and understanding manner.
I am able to handle customer complaints effectively and remain calm under pressure.
