I Siphamandla Ngcobo regard myself as a team player and work well with all task given at the workplace and a person who loves hospitality industry deeply, the hotel jobs has given me experience in hospitality industry in many department from cleaning to food and beverage as I have eight years in the industry where I started as a Gardner, Scarlery, Watron, Bartender, Entertainment guide, Guest relations officer, Operations manager at the cleaning company and currently a Restaurant manager at Gooderson Drakensberg Gardens hotel, so I believe that i can still go far with my Hospitality experience.
My professional experience is more with dealing with Guest relations and always making sure that all staff on duty are as happy and service delivery is supremacy at all times and I believe in curtacy in restaurant, Bars , play areas and mostly in Rooms or Unit.
I only have Matric then only experience in Hospitality industry
