My name is Siyasanga Mtayi. I am a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Law) and Bachelor of Laws graduate from the University of Witwatersrand. Currently, I am doing Practical Vocational Training with the Law Society of South Africa. I am actively searching for articles of clerkship. I reside in Johannesburg and I am willing to relocate.
In my final year, I had the opportunity to work at Wits Law Clinic as a student counsel. I wS working under the supervision of Mr Alex Nair. I was in the labour Department. I was helping indigent clients with employment related matters including the following: claims for injuries sustained at work; unfair labour practices, unfair dismissals and UIF.
I hold Bachelor of Arts (law major) and Bachelor of Laws(LLB), both degrees are from the University of Witwatersrand.
