Current Position: Training and Development Manager and Learning Zone and Win On taste Ambassador
I am responsible to develop and deliver a comprehensive People Leading and Development(L&D) strategy that is aligned to the Group’s business strategy and which reinforces the principles of a Learning Organisation and Operational excellence. Scope of over 550 staff-members in 16 Shops, 85 Managers. Reporting directly to CEO.
