I am a 27 year old Operations Manager, with vast knowledge and expertise in the retail sector. My current and previous experience are predominantly in retail category planning; people management and project management. I enjoy working in a fast paced and complex environment where I can be challenged, and with people from all walks of life.
I have 5 years of Operations Management, Account Management and Space/Category Planning experience combined, specifically in a corporate retail environment, being based at Massmart Head Office and working for DotActiv.
I hold an Honors degree in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School of Marketing, as well as a BA degree from Stadio Group in Retail Fashion. Along with this, I have several certificates from Udemy and DotActiv Academy, mostly focused in retail and management.
