Have 20 years of experience in courier, Freight and Warehouse industry. In my was previous job, I was employed as an operations manager responsible night which had high inbound volumes that needed to be unpacked and distributed in a very limited time followed the standard processes and procedures. Making sure that my staff comply to health and safety standards which also includes the drivers to comply with road safety regulations and fleet management processes.

My entails motivating, developing my staff while I become the custodian of the company policies. I have recently graduated with Da Vinci Institute for a Higher Certificate in Business management of Technology and Innovation course. I'm also passionate about innovation and utilizing the available technology innovation to it's capacity.
