I am very passionate about my profession as an Executive Chef. I will go the Extra mile for my clients and company that I have worked for within the hospitality industry based in KZN. My experience within the kitchens is 25 year's , kitchen operations and working hands on with my chefs I simply love.
I commenced my career with The Three Cities Group in 1986,based at The Royal Hotel. I was the youngest trainee chef within the group and studied via the South African Tourism Board. I moved up all the rankings from a trainee to being appointed Executive Chef of the Riverside Hotel in 2000.
