➢ Manage a portfolio of FS clients ➢ Present new and sell products to existing clients FS-delis, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops and retail - PNP) ➢ New business development - obtain new accounts ➢ Ordering processing via the correct channels ➢ Stock take and ensuring merchandising done correctly ➢ Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships ➢ Performing cost benefits and needs analysis for existing and potential clients ➢ Follow up on customer leads and cold calling ➢ Attend to customer queries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction ➢ Achieve agreed upon sales target set by sales manager ➢ Analyze market territory, competitors, sales and status reports ➢ Supply feedback on customer request, complaints, competitor’s activities, new product requests ➢ Reporting back to the business daily through daily feedback report to improve marketing and sales approach ➢ Attend to all aspects of telesales on an ad hoc basis when required
