• Provide strategic leadership by developing and implementing comprehensive Regional Operational Business Plan aligned to organization's strategic goals and objectives.
• Direct and develop compliance monitoring frameworks, plans and schedules.
• Providing strategic directions in the Province regarding the ICT sector in general.
• Oversee, manage, and ensure effective and efficient operational of the following core functional areas: Compliance, Dispute resolution, Monitoring and Enforcement (Postal, Broadcasting and Telecommunications).
