Tebogo was mentored by Mr Konrad Hartmann (German) on mechanical failure investigation, metallurgical shaving analysis and the use of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Dr Roman Emmerich (Polish) mentored in replica evaluation, integrity of material and creep laboratory work. He is a First Aid level 3 and successfully completed the Defensive Driving course through National Hijack Prevention Academy. He was assigned to Japan to procure specialized scientific equipment the latest technology Scanning Electron Microscope of approximately R8-Million and acquire necessary skills to operate it with Konrad Hartmann.
Currently enrolled in BAWETI – Bavarian Water Expertise Training Initiative, a specialised training program designed to empower professionals in South Africa's water sector.
