Tebogo Joseph Malope matriculated at St Boniface High school in Kimberley and holds a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry from ML Sultan (Durban University of Technology).

Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Successfully completed NQF Level 8 Innovation Management Development Programme (IMIIP) with the da Vinci Institute for Technology Management. Completed NQ Level 8 Technology Leadership Programme through Eskom Academy of Learnership in 2015.

He has vast experience as a technically and management in the chemistry (water, transformer oil & coal), metallurgy and vast knowledge in analytical business value chain. Tebogo is a former South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) Technical Representative for Water/Textile/Fabric Testing and Calibration Laboratories based on ISO/IEC 17025.

Ensure water quality comply with Blue drop / No drop / Green drop as per requirements. Ensure that compliance, monitoring and water conservation and water demand management are met.

Tebogo was mentored by Mr Konrad Hartmann (German) on mechanical failure investigation, metallurgical shaving analysis and the use of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Dr Roman Emmerich (Polish) mentored in replica evaluation, integrity of material and creep laboratory work. He is a First Aid level 3 and successfully completed the Defensive Driving course through National Hijack Prevention Academy. He was assigned to Japan to procure specialized scientific equipment the latest technology Scanning Electron Microscope of approximately R8-Million and acquire necessary skills to operate it with Konrad Hartmann.

Currently enrolled in BAWETI – Bavarian Water Expertise Training Initiative, a specialised training program designed to empower professionals in South Africa's water sector.

Consulting work at bulk air filtration and ensure Hepa filters, bag filters, panel filters mesh filters are manufactured within the required quality standard. Water projects ensure all borehole meters do comply with mining and DWS requirements. Ensure meters are maintained and serviced regular.

Coordinate on all power station site bags that are being sampled and analyzed as per SANAS l7025 std. Managing staff of 6 members and ensuring all power stations are within emissions level standards.

Supervising a branch laboratory and ensure it comply with SANAS ISO 17025 management system. Maintain quality, safety and tidiness in the lab. Ensure all Spoornet station depot water is sampled and tested at our laboratory for quality control. Ensure the laboratory undergo both SANAS external and external audit. Working with Department of Water Affairs assisting with water quality monitoring.

Process Chemist - ABI Coca Cola - Durban

Water plant treatment, analyse and control water used in bottling. Ensure caustic content is in specs for bottle cleaning. Oversee syrup-blending plant and ensure blending is in specs. Ensure personnel are rotating on-site, those assigned for bottle not to be mixed.
