I am a Mosotho man qualified as a teacher, Skills Development Facilitator, labour relations officer, leader and manager.
I hold the following qualifications: Secondary teaching certificate (STC), Diploma in Education (Dip. Ed), Skills Development Facilitation (SDF), Advanced Certificate in labour relations ( ACLR), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Education ( B. Ed), Master of Arts in Education (MA. Ed) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Diploma certificate in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).
I am experienced in all the fields for which I have studies and qualified. It was acquired in the few employment opportunities I managed secure which include: working as a high English and Development Studies teacher, college education aspects and didactics lecturer, college academic and teaching practice operations manager and vice principal, director and principal of an FET and TVET College (Head of strategies and operations), Academic Board Chairperson of the College Council and the College Council Planning community deputy Chairperson and member of the College Council Committee, and DHET Senior Manager.
I have worked as a high school Cambridge Overseas School Certificate English and Development Studies teacher, college education lecturer, college vice principal- academic and practice teaching operations manager, college director and principal - strategic and operations manager and DHET senior manager, the college academic board chairperson, and college council member.
My educational qualifications experiences are all most relevant for my career as an educator and advocate of community socio- economic advocate. Teaching practice was coupled with social and development studies, psychology in its broad sense, sociology, leadership and various aspects of management which include finance, human resources and skills development facilitation and training, strategic and operations management among others. All these are critical fields in development endeavors
