I have the skills and experience necessary to excel in Food Service Environment and Nutrition. I have strong work ethic and leadership skills and I have positive attitude even under pressure. I worked for three months as a Butcher at Shoprite.

I had to be organized and fast. This environment prepared me to be the strong candidate for any role in the Food and Nutrition industry. In my training at the Rendezvous Restaurant at DUT, I worked in both Front and Back of House and I also did menu planning, recipe development and coasting.

I had a great opportunity and fun experience as an Assistant Catering Manager at Feedem Group for 3 months. I learned the ins and outs of Catering establishment, from office to the kitchen work and so on.

I have National Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition. Majored in Food and Food Science, Nutrition and Food Communication. I acquired my qualification at the Durban University of Technology. I also have a Certificate of public speaking, communication and leadership skills awarded by Toastmasters International.
