I am an R&D Food and Application Technologist (Givaudan) with an experience as a project manager for the development of food product from conception to launch. My focus is on product renovation, innovation and cost saving reformulations mainly, which means I have to keep abreast of products ingredients or raw materials and their functions, regulations regarding those ingredients and their impact on product labelling, product shelf life and in-depth product sensorial evaluation so that correct amendments can be applied.
