I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task and situation I am presented with. I am a positive and hardworking individual, who always strives to achieve the highest standard possible. I enjoy learning new things, I work very well under pressure and I have the experience to handle client complaints and solving problematic situations.
I have been in the IT industry for 5 years, starting my professional career in IT while studying with a company called TCM as a helpdesk agent contracting for MTN. I later joined a company as a ISC Contact Agent based in a retail environment supporting Pick n Pay applications and software.
Shortly after I had joined and found plenty of growth at Spinnaker Software where I started off as a First Line Technican and got promoted a year later to 2nd line Technician, I had built skills using SQL to investigate data and assisted QA with testing the application for bugs while following up with implementing solutions to improve the system. I had also single handedly managed a team of 6 to implement a loyalty programme integration for all our retail clients which had proven to be successful.
I have obtained a certification in Technical Support as well as Project Management.
