• Spare Parts Management: Maintain a precise inventory of critical tool room spares (o-rings, heaters, core/cavity inserts, and neck rings) to ensure zero delays during breakdowns.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities align with quality standards (such as ISO or food safety management systems) and maintain strict adherence to 5S and safety protocols in the tool room.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of critical spare parts, inserts, and consumables (pins, springs, bushings) while maintaining optimum inventory levels to prevent production delay's
