53 year old Indian Female, South Africa Citizen with extensive experience in neonatal intensive care and clinical training. Specialized expertise in ventilation systems, high frequency oscillation, therapeutic cooling, and neonatal patient management. Currently responsible for training end users on medical equipment and leading clinical application initiatives at Mbuso Medical Supplies.
Clinical Application Specialist (2024-07 – Present)
Responsible for training all end users (doctors and nurses) on products plan for purchase or purchased. Plan, set up and support of equipment trials. Attend and support all conferences. Assist institutions with set up of workshops and offer support to these workshops.
Design and implement training material for all end users on equipment purchased. Accompany sales representatives to present clinical information where a sale is imminent. Provide monthly reports to the CEO regarding training.
Participate in tender processes. Offer support to technical, sales, logistics, marketing where needed with regard to all equipment. Participate and support planned road shows. Training and support nationally, with travel as needed.
