I've been working in a call center environment for 16 years, working for different companies. I started as sales agent at SA Commercial when I was reactivating customers lapsed policies, after that I worked for Old mutual as a sales agent, selling old mutual policies for 2 years.
Mutual I was employed by MFIN group working as Employment confirmation agent. Uploading and verifying customers documents for those who applied for a loan for 2 years then I was retrenched.
