My name is Zinhle Mkhatywa and I would like to apply for post advertised .I started my working career at Zimbali Costal Resort working a Administrator and Concierge at Zimbali Suites.After I got retrenched from my job I then went on to study at Umfolozi Tvet College were I acquired my National Diploma in Financial Management, which I completed in December 2020.After studying I started my internship with KwaDukuza Private Hospital May 2021 and I went on to be promoted to Finance Clerk in July 2023 when I had completed my internship .My duties at KHP were:
Cashbook management
Vat administration and calculation
Assets management
Management Accounts reports
Weekly commentary report
Daily stats reports
Producing financial statements
Participation in internal and external audits
Petty cash Reconciliation and administration
Liaising with Creditors and debtors
Cashbook updating and maintenance
Capturing and processing invoices, purchase orders on to systems
Running of month end and posting batches.
Reconciliation of creditors, debtors and bank accounts.
Uploading EFT payments onto banking system
Preparing documents for payments
Month end journal entries
Currently I am unemployed as of the 17 January 2024.This year I am studying at Unisa towards a bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting.
