I'm a confident, enthusiastic, determined and diligent hospitality professional with 12 years of experience in Revenue Management and Reservation. I strongly believe that learning is a lifelong process. One is never too old and too experienced to learn new things.

I have worked with Address Hotels+Resorts (Emaar Hospitality group) for 11 years in the cluster revenue team in various job roles. My initial career in Revenue management started with the pre-opening of the flagship hotel Address Downtown, Address Dubai Mall along with the Central Reservation Office. I had the privilege to manage the room revenue operations of cluster hotels of Address Hotels+Resorts, Vida Hotels+Resorts and the two boutique hotels Address Montgomerie and Arabian Ranches Golf Club.

During my job tenure I have accomplished several projects for the upcoming hotels of the group. I have worked with systems like Opera (PMS), EZRMS (RMS), TravelClick (CRS), STR reporting and Microsoft Office applications.

I have completed 3 Years Diploma in Hotel Management.

At present I'm pursuing Tourism Administration Bachelor of Arts from Amity University Online (2021 – 2024).
