I have over a decade of experience in various sales & customer service roles both in Australia and overseas. Beyond strong verbal and written communication skills, I have gained a solid understanding of various computer software (MS Office suite, CRM tools, call center applications) and have cultivated a solid customer-oriented work ethic. Throughout the years, I have also enjoyed working as a freelancer.
